Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
- 3.Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
- 4.Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
